There are several different approaches you may take to construct a cork board wall. We will briefly discuss two of the simplest. The first step is to thoroughly wash the wall where the cork will be installed. You must use warm, soapy water to ensure that tough grime is removed. This process also removes invisible oils on the surface that will hinder the ability of the cork to stick over time. The next step is to measure. The second method for installation involves substituting the tape for liquid adhesives. You can make a judgment as to the grade of adhesive you wish to use based on the wall surface and the length of time you want the cork to be in place. Essentially, industrial grade means permanent. Again, the key is to use as little adhesive as properly in a uniform manner. Spread the adhesive around the corners of the tile rather than in the center.
